Charleston Law Review

The Charleston Law Review (CLR) is generally published four times a year and welcomes manuscripts on all legal topics from all legal professionals. The CLR gives consideration to each author’s submission and makes every effort to provide a prompt review. However, preference is given to manuscripts that are fewer than 32,000 words.

Submission Requirements:

1. Please submit a double-spaced copy of your manuscript in Microsoft Word format.
2. Please provide citations in footnotes and ensure those citations conform to the 21st edition of The Bluebook.
3. Please provide your current contact information (name, phone number, address, email address).
4. Please include a brief abstract summarizing your manuscript’s content.
5. Please provide your current résumé or C.V.
